SMART simulations one of 5 featured projects at NIST smart cities conference

SMART Emergency Medical Teams and our municipal sponsor Fairfax Fire&Rescue were featured exhibitors at the 2016 NIST Global Cities Team Challenge held in Austin, TX.  Jeff Segall and FF&R Chief Jason Jenkins were on hand to meet visitors from around the world and demonstrate our tools for multi-team simulations.  Fairfax County was one of 5 conference exhibits selected for publication in StateScoop this month!

“First responders working in Fairfax County, a bustling suburb outside the nation’s capital, are under constant pressure. That’s something that InFlow Interactive is hoping to change…Eventually, he foresees county first responders being able to use this data to drill with outside parties that might assist them in emergencies, like the Red Cross or National Guard, to cut down on confusion.”¹
